Part 1: Terms & Conditions

1. General Agreement

By placing an order for our premium corporate gifts, promotional merchandise, or OEM/ODM services, you confirm that you are an authorized representative of your organization and agree to these terms. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders and Customization

  • Consultation & Artwork: We provide design advice and printing consultation. However, it is the client's responsibility to provide high-resolution logos and approve final digital mock-ups before mass production begins.
  • OEM/ODM Services: For bespoke orders and our "Green Concept" eco-friendly ranges, lead times and minimum order quantities (MOQs) will vary based on material sourcing and manufacturing requirements.
  • Modifications: Once a custom order has entered the production phase, no cancellations or modifications can be accepted.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices quoted are subject to change based on raw material costs and import conditions. A deposit is typically required to initiate production for custom corporate gifts, with the remaining balance due prior to delivery or upon mutually agreed credit terms.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We serve clients from our base in Puchong, Malaysia. While we pride ourselves on industry-leading delivery speed, estimated delivery dates are subject to freight, customs, and global manufacturing conditions. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
